Kelsey and Chris | Celebrations at the Bay | Annapolis Wedding Photographers

This past Thursday’s wedding between Kelsey and Chris marked a 3-wedding marathon for me. Sound like a lot. But let me tell you…

It could not have been any more delightful to come along side of Kelsey and Chris, along with their families and friends as they all celebrated their nuptials. Just when I think I can’t possibily meet someone any more sweeter, considerate, beautiful on the inside and out, I bump into two new amazing people.

I met Kelsey and Chris over a year ago when they first asked me to be their wedding photographer. While at the time they thought they got someone “awesome”, little did they know that it was me who thought I hit the jackpot with these two amazing human beings. For those of you know them, you know what I mean. You can be melancholy or sad, or depressed, and then all of a sudden feel a lightness whenever you interact with them. Who doesn’t want to be friends with that kind of couple?!?! Maybe it’s because they both serve our communities (Kelsey is an elementary school physical eduction teacher and Chris works in law enforcement) that makes their disposition so much easier and winsome! They work off of each other to truly make their best versions of each other. Kelsey and Chris – Congratulations once again!

So despite a rainy day, Kelsey and Chris were able to pull off a spectacular event at the beautiful waterfront wedding venue known as Celebrations at the Bay (a Catering by Uptown property) with probably the most guests I’ve seen at a wedding since the beginning of the pandemic. Notwithstanding a Thursday wedding, in the rain, during a pandemic! If that doesn’t say these two are loved but their friends and families, I don’t know what!
