Wedding photography requires more than technical skill. It requires preparation, awareness, and the ability to move with the pace of the day without interrupting it. Before every wedding, I study the venue, lighting conditions, and timeline so I know where to be and when to step in or step back.
This preparation allows me to document real moments as they happen while still creating refined portraits and images that feel intentional, balanced, and true to your wedding day.

As the day begins, I photograph the venue and its surroundings, capturing the details that set the tone for your wedding. I then move through the moments before the ceremony, documenting the bride and groom as they get ready, along with friends, family, and the natural interactions that happen leading up to the day’s first big moments.
Throughout the wedding, I work closely with your planner, venue coordinator, officiant, DJ or band, and catering team to stay in sync with the timeline. This allows me to photograph the day as it unfolds, from the ceremony through portraits and into the reception, without interrupting the flow or forcing moments.

The Trans4mation Method
1. Initial Consultation
I begin with a personal conversation to learn your story, expectations and vision. I walk you through the full visual workflow and answer every question so you feel completely at ease. Once the contract and retainer are completed, your date is officially secured.
2. Engagement Session
A relaxed one hour session at a meaningful location in Tampa or the surrounding areas. It gives us a chance to get comfortable working together and creates genuine pre wedding images that feel natural and true to you.
3. Venue Walk Through
About a month before the wedding, we visit your venue to walk through the logistics, study the light and choose the best photo locations. We also review any specific shots you want. This is where we build a clear photo and video plan so everything feels organized and nothing is left to chance.
4. Your Wedding Day
I photograph your celebration with intention. My goal is to stay attentive without interrupting the flow of your day, capturing each moment with care and the artistic approach you see throughout my work.
5. Backup Images
Right after your wedding, I back up every image in multiple locations to keep your files safe and fully protected.
6. Post Production Editing
Around one thousand images go through a full professional edit to create your complete gallery. The favorites you select receive an additional level of detailed, refined retouching.
7. Online Gallery Delivery
Your images are delivered through a private, password protected gallery that you can share with family and friends. From there, you can select your favorites for album design and any additional keepsakes.
8. Album Creation and Final Delivery
I create your proof album design, you review and approve the layout, and then we move into final production of your fine art albums. Your curated albums and personalized USB keepsake box are then shipped with tracking and insurance for complete peace of mind.
