I can never get tired of shooting weddings or engagements. These are such special moments in life – and life is precious – that I feel priviledged to be part of and witness blossoming emotions and love. Add to the mix the fact that I can’t get tired of going to Jerusalem Mills, a historic district nestled inside the Gunpowder State Park, to capture engagement photos. Texture. Color. Wooded fields and tree lines. Grass. Tall grass. Old historic buildings. Meandering brooks and rivers. Sunsets. Rolling hills. And if I time it right during the golden hour, I get some really cool natural light for that desireable “light and airy” look and feel.
And so was the case for Stacy and TJ, whose wedding is coming up later this year at the new and stunning venue in historic downtown Ellicott City at the famed Main Street Ballroom. These two love birds can’t get enough of each other, so much so, that they work together for a contractor to Uncle Sam. So much time together – and they still like each other! ?. Seriously, Stacy’s disposition and smile is infectious and genuine and I can’t wait to capture the photos of their wedding day.
Until then, join me and them in viewing some of these teasers shots from their engagement photo session!
